• Where are the clubs located?

• How can I get tickets to a Bowery Presents show?
Purchase tickets online by clicking the TICKETS icon on any show page on our site and will be taken to the Tickets.com site. Tickets are also available at The Wellmont Theatre box office free of service charges if paying in cash. There is a $2 service charge per ticket if paying by credit card. (Fridays: 12-6 p.m. Show days: 12-9 p.m.)
• If a show is cancelled, where do I get a refund?
If a show is cancelled and you purchased your tickets from Tickets.com, you will need to call the Tickets.com customer-service department at 877-WELLMNT (877-935-5668) in order to obtain a refund. For refunds on tickets purchased at the box office, simply return the tickets to the box office.
• What are my payment options in the venue?
Cash is king, but we also accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
• How old do I have to be to get into the club?
All shows are all ages unless otherwise noted.
• Do your clubs have seats?
Depending on the show, ticketing at The Wellmont Theatre may be separated into two different types of seating: general admission and reserved.
General Admission Seating
1. GA Floor: Standing only/no seats (GA Floor ticketholders will not be granted access to the balcony.)
2. GA Balcony: Seated without assigned seats. Seats are on a first-come, first-served basis. (GA Balcony ticketholders will not be granted access to the floor.)
Reserved Seating
The entire show is seated. Seats are set up on the main floor, which is separated into an orchestra section and three ascending-tier sections. Seats in the balcony are all reserved for specific tickets.
Check the venue’s Web site to find out if a show is general admission or reserved.
• Do I need to bring ID?
Yes, patrons will need a government-issued ID or passport to pick up tickets at the will-call window at the box office and/or to purchase alcoholic beverages at the bar.
• Do you serve cheese fries at any of your venues?
No, but Terminal 5 features a rotating group of restaurants that provide food, so feel free to arrive hungry.
• What kind of drinks do you have?
The Wellmont Theatre features a number of full bars at the venue conveniently located on the main floor with full viewing access of the stage. In addition, there is also a full bar on the mezzanine. All bars serve a wide selection of cocktails, beer, wine and soft drinks. Snacks, including assorted chips and candy bars, are also available for purchase.
• I have a blog. Do I count as press?
Maybe, but don’t ask us. The Bowery Presents doesn’t issue press passes or photo passes. All press inquires should be directed to the band’s publicist, label or management.
• Can I get in for free?
Maybe, but what are you going to do for us? Relationships are a two-way street. We are always in search of street-teamers and folks to flyer. We can also offer you free admission if you were on any of the Yankees’ championship rosters.
• Can you give me the contact of someone at the label?
Unfortunately, we cannot give out that information, but Google and liner notes might help. You’ll be surprised what you can find on the Internet. Just ask Jim Glancy.
• Can I bring my camera?
Photo policy varies for different artists and is usually not determined until day of show. You can bring a nonprofessional camera to most shows, and you can inquire about the photo policy at the door or call 877-WELLMNT (877-935-5668) on the day of show. If you are Mick Rock, please send us copies.
• Do you have a coat check?
All of our venues have a coat check, but we encourage you to dress scandalously in the winter months. When in doubt, remember that it’s fashion before comfort.
• Is there a smoking area at The Wellmont Theatre?
There is no smoking allowed inside The Wellmont Theatre. But there is a small smoking area at the venue’s entrance
• Is there re-entry?
Absolutely not! There is no re-entry and all exits are final, excluding the smoking area.
• Do you rent your rooms for private events?

• Do you have an internship program?

• Where do I park?
The Wellmont Theatre recommends using the Crescent Deck, a short walk to the venue, located here. The address is 13 the Crescent, between S. Fullerton Ave. and S. Park St.
• Other Wellmont Theatre Rules and FAQs:
No flyers, stickers, handbills.
You will be ejected for throwing ANYTHING.
If you lose an item at a show, please call 973-783-9500 the following day.
Bags may be searched at random upon entry.
No outside food, beverages, markers, spray paint, weapons (includes pocket knives).
Handicapped seating is available. Arrive 15 minutes before doors are scheduled to open.
You must show proof of age by government-issued photo ID to be served at the bar.
